Coaching = Key to Success in Managing Millennials

Companies are facing the largest workforce transformation in decades.  Over the next five years, 50 percent of corporate executives will be eligible for retirement, and nearly 32 million jobs will be vacated by skilled baby boomers as they retire. Who’s going to be looking to fill those job?  The millennials (population born between 1980-2000). So how do you adequately train and manage the millennials currently in your company, and prepare for the additional, new workers to come?
