Don’t Let Quality Candidates Slip through the Cracks

Recruiters, imagine getting over a million applications a year. How can an organization like that trust a selection system to avoid overlooking a high quality candidate?  Between high unemployment and the increasing ease with which a candidate can submit resumes for many jobs at a time, organizations now have a massive flood of applications to wade through before selecting interview candidates, running background checks, and (finally) hiring someone. Historically, employers have relied too heavily on resumes and interviews.
