Employee Engagement and Motivation: Kicks vs. Keeps

It’s been well documented how an engaged staff is a productive staff. It’s not surprising, then, that so many companies are attempting to engage their staff more than they have in the past. Presentation after presentation, company executives introduce new initiatives that they feel will drive employee loyalty and commitment. What is missing, however, is one of the most overlooked aspects of employee motivation and engagement.
