Sourcing Quality Talent, Not Quantity

Issues surrounding candidate sourcing continue to gain attention. In an economy where the number of job-seeking individuals is in surplus, obtaining quality talent is a fast growing concern. Business executives look to recruiters for efficient, cost-effective staffing. With a multitude of candidates applying for one position the time and energy it takes to narrow the selection and make an offer is more difficult. It is time for a sourcing strategy.
