Collaborating for results

Effective collaboration is essential for achieving results and where boundaries between individuals and teams become too rigid a lack of joined up thinking and working can result – otherwise known as ‘silo working’.

On the 20th January 2012 Alastair Smart posted a blog entitled ‘Does Culture Really Matter?’ in which he argues that an understanding of organisation culture is essential for relationship development and project delivery.
